How much is the initial consultation?

Our standard initial consultation fee is $100 and is normally applied toward the first month of treatment for qualifying patients.

During our current Summer Promotion, the initial GLP-1 consultation is free for new GLP-1 patients.

With this promotion, new patients also receive $100 off the first month of starter-dose treatment, when medically appropriate. This makes semaglutide start at $200 for the first month and tirzepatide start at $300 for the first month.

Treatment is subject to medical evaluation and clinical appropriateness. Standard monthly pricing applies after the first month or with future dose changes.

Offer is for new GLP-1 patients only, first month only, starter dose only, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Does the monthly price cover one injection or four?

Monthly program pricing covers a 4-week treatment supply based on your prescribed dose. Your provider will review your dose, instructions, follow-up plan, and refill timing during your visit.

Do you accept insurance?

No. WNY Wellness is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. For patients who prefer added flexibility, third-party payment options may be available, including CareCredit, Afterpay, PayPal in 4, etc. Participation is optional and subject to the payment provider’s terms and approval. ​

Pricing is discussed transparently so patients understand what is included in their care before starting treatment. Pricing is determined by multiple factors, including current industry pricing and availability, as well as the level of medical oversight required.

Not always — but we are designed to be very competitive while including much more than medication alone.
Our pricing is comparable to many self-pay GLP-1 options. In many cases, WNY Wellness is only about $50 more per month than lower advertised online medication-only pricing, and that difference includes local, provider-managed care.
