Semaglutide Monthly Plans
Semaglutide treatment plans are individualized and provider-supervised. Dosing is determined based on clinical evaluation, tolerance, and response to therapy.
Semaglutide 0.25 mg
Initial starting dose used to assess tolerance and response to therapy. Care is clinician-supervised, with access to a provider as needed at no additional cost. Follow-up administration or medication pickup visits are provided at no charge. All necessary supplies are provided, with four doses administered once weekly over four weeks.
Tirzepatide Monthly Plans
Tirzepatide treatment plans are individualized and provider-supervised. Dosing is determined based on clinical evaluation, tolerance, and response to therapy.
Tirzepatide 2.5 mg
Initial starting dose used to assess tolerance and response to therapy. Care is clinician-supervised, with access to a provider as needed at no additional cost. Follow-up administration or medication pickup visits are provided at no charge. All necessary supplies are provided, with four doses administered once weekly over four weeks.
Dose selection and progression for both semaglutide and tirzepatide are individualized and based on clinical evaluation, patient tolerance, and response over time.​
